I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of the community. Not only was the leasing agent fun to be around, I did not have to sacrifice personality to competency. I received excellent service and had a fantastic time while doing so. The community was very well maintained, the renovations were effective and done using quality products and fixtures. The staff were very courteous and seemed to have a great relationship with the residents that I saw during my tour. The residents were friendly and even waved hello to me.

I have enjoyed living at the Marquis! My only feedback is that the office hours are inconvenient for those who work during the day. Opening at 10am makes it impossible to stop by in the morning.

There is no easy access to the business center and packages on off hours. A fob system could dramatically improve the amenities. It is often difficult to reach an office employee on Saturdays because they are out touring. The office should be open at more convenient times during the week (not while most people are at work 9-6)

I would love to recommend the community to friends/family based on my experience here, but probably would not because most could not afford the rental rates.

The complex is well kept when it comes to grounds. The staff here are great at what they do. They make sure all of your needs are met and that you have everything you need in an apartment including if you personally love the great outdoors with the giant pool and the spacious balcony. This home would be a great place to call home for any one looking to move in the Raleigh area especially working at the Rex hospital with its great location!

Rent is too high for floor plan.

I would because it is a beautiful community very quiet and well kept. I would not because of the lack of washer and dryers.

I have and would definitely recommend this apartment complex to friends. The only suggestion I have would be to expand and improve the dog park. It's very small for a complex of this size. I think a chain link fence or something similar would help, too, because balls constantly roll out between the slats in the fence as it is now.
