The community is upscale and quiet. It is near shopping and downtown Raleigh. The amenities are outstanding. The pool is the nicest I've seen in a community,very large and nicely landscaped. It is a wonderful place to live. The security is a great feature and you can get your own security system put in. The security pad is already installed in the apartments. I would lease the apartment, but because I have children out of town, I would get a two or three bedroom. It's a great place to live.

Since I work in a local business, I do get the opportunity to share where I live, but when they hear how much it cost to live here, they aren't interested. The rent to even start living here is high, then the fast rate that the rent goes up is another reason people don't want to make that moving investment.
I looked at apartments all over Raleigh and the rent here is in line with all of the better apartments. I have lived here for 8 months and have had excellent service and good neighbors. The apartments also have an alarm system in each unit. There is also at least one Highway State patrolman that lives here, one sheriffs deputy and someone from a security company. I have seen the marked cars parked outside of their apartments.

It depends on the location desired, but this community is very close to Rex Hospital and other medical facilities, so it's a great place for someone who works there. It is also convenient to shopping and restaurants.

I've had several billing issues and find many of the decisions the complex makes to be unsatisfactory.

At the current price, which is rediculously high, I would not recommend the community. It is over priced. However, it is a nice place to live but I think the company has started to take advantage of its customers with the hight cost of living here.
