Because since I first moved in things have changed, The building is no longer quiet dogs barking all the time, neighbors we have now aren't good ones and I was almost attacked by the dog that barks all the time

I would recommend. The only negative is the exterior siding and wood still need some work, but I think the interior is fine and that's the most important thing. Office staff and maintenance crew are very professional and responsive. Of course, anyone wanting to live on the first floor needs to be aware that there are normal sounds with apartment living. You can hear your neighbors walking around upstairs.

The community was centrally located in a park-like setting. It was close to shops and restaurants and had everything you are looking for, including spacious and well appointed apartment homes, a pool, fitness center, and gas grills available for residents.

I love the location and the pool. However, I am a widow so the price for 750 sq ft is costly.

I would not recommend the apt community to a friend who wants to be close to downtown or is wanting a mid-range monthly rent payment. I would recommend it to a young professional, especially one with a a pet, and to a family with children as a temporary place to live if they are building or will be in the area short term.
