It has been a good community to be in if one has to live in an apartment which is my case currently. I have found other residents to be easy to get along with, no conflicts, common consideration.

Parking is extremely difficult- it seems that there aren't nearly enough spaces for the amount of residents.
We are listening and thank you for the feedback! We constantly review the number of registered vehicles to parking spots to ensure there is no overload on the property. However, I do understand there may be times where certain areas may have limited options. Our parking permit program is intended to help us keep things under control.

The apartment alone was beautiful. The flooring and built-in cabinets were ideal for someone coming from a house. The exterior build and structure of the apartments were very attractive and inviting. The office staff was pleasant.

I would warn them of the constant outside noise,the gym is not satisfactory and that some of the office staff members are unfriendly. But also highlight the wonderful maintenance staff and quality of the apartments.

In preparation, our landscaping service has been occurring more frequently. I apologize that your night shift hours have not been a good fit with our daytime landscaping service.
