Maintenance is awesome. The community is friendly. You can almost NEVER hear your neighbors. It's nice and comfortable. Porches are a great size.

It's not much of a community. My friends' apartments host weekly events and such. There should be a trash valet service.

I really liked the community and the apartment. It felt like a home to me and I could see myself living there. The leasing professional was wonderful and knowledgeable. I would have no problems recommending this community to my family and friends.

Unacceptable Management
This was the worst housing experience I've ever had. The facilities themselves were generally acceptable, but the property management company was not. I moved out early to get away from them.

I love living here. The residents are kind as are all the staff personnel. It is dog friendly and has a homey feel while being in the city. I highly recommend people live here!

The apartments and grounds are well maintained and cared for. Service requests (which have been minimal in the two years I have lived here) have been promptly responded to and completed efficiently. Any concerns (again, minimal) have been promptly addressed and resolved. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets are much larger than most apartments in this area. I have and continue to recommend living at Marquis at Edwards Mill.

I did and a friend moved here. Her only problem before moving in was the mud splashing on her porch and walkway. It is still doing this. This should be taken care of.

At times it can be difficult to find a parking spot; our apartment sits low and our porch "floods" easily.
