The apartment above oftentimes plays loud music that very disturbing.

We take the comfort of each resident seriously and will reach out to your neighbor again to make them aware of the noise policy. The community had everything a resident would need. The community amenities, such as gym equipment, car wash area, tennis court, resident lounge and other common areas were great added values. The security and maintenance were great as well. The community was also close to shopping centers.

Our neighborhood does have many wonderful amenities such as our newly renovated wellness center and wifi lounge in addition to our spacious pool area, tennis courts, playground, dog park, car care center and grill areas. We would recommend it a lot more if we had a lower rent....

You all are great at communicating events. Not so much communicating other things. You didn't provide updates on the gym or business center even after going way over schedule. You also didn't give any warning before closing said places. Also mentioned that some of the staff aren't fun to work with. Its like they don't like there job, or at least the people part of it. We ve had a lot break in the apartment. Air, three or four times. Soon you ll be getting a service request for the garbage disposal and dish washer.

The apartment was under renovation; however, through it I could still see the company took pride in the community. It was a clean and neat renovation site.
