I saw a swimming pool that was closed and I was told every Monday it was closed until 5:00 PM. I heard about all the other amenities but I only saw the swimming pool.

Parking is over crowded. Have to pay for parking and residents canât even find a spot to park in on MULTIPLE occasions have had to park 4 building over and walk late at night not a very safe feeling for a young women.

The Marquis at Edwards Mill is a family-of-friends community, which includes the great people who run it and maintain it! All ages, backgrounds and folks from a good mix of different states, all of which is important for the sake of diversity

In general I recommend Marquis. It's a good location, has large patios/balconies and is pretty. It is older, though, and there are some problems already mentioned in this survey that need to be addressed. There are many new apartment complexes in the area now as well.

The buildings and grounds are well kept up. The office staff are really amazing and more than make up for some of the maintenance team's failings

The community was very nice and offered the residents a lot of different things to do. The staff members were very nice and friendly throughout the time that I was there.

The parking here is pretty terrible. I work roatating shifts and sometimes at night I have to park multiple buildings down and walk far in the dark. There is never parking after 8 anywhere near my apartment.
