I loved it when I moved in 4 years ago. The location is great. I would love to see more trash receptacles around the prpoerty i.e by mailboxes, garages and elevators. Also, I'm sad to see the yoga classes discontinue.

The apartment was barely 600 square feet and the price seemed high. The amenities were nice but they seemed a little much for what they were asking. The apartment was small and had faux flooring. The area was great, but everything appeared overpriced or a separate charge.

The walls are too thin to provide privacy. You can hear the neighbors above you and on either side of you. I'm sure they can hear me too. For the amount of rent paid each month I would expect higher quality walls.
The staff are very nice and professional.
The apartment is nice and provides a great living space for a single person.
The area around the apartment is a fun location to live.

The leasing professional was enthusiastic and passionate about the property and apartment she was showing me. I would want to live here after seeing what the community had to offer and after meeting with the leasing professional. The walk-in closet space alone was enough to make me stop in my tracks.

After making my initial contact with this community, I had a very positive perception of it, in general. My interaction with the telephone agent was interactive, informative, and impressive. It was difficult to believe that she took so much time and went into such detail to help me understand what the property had to offer as she attempted to recruit me as a resident. Unfortunately, my enthusiasm was stifled when I actually visited the property. The onsite leasing professional did not show enthusiasm for my visit.

The property was absolutely stunning. The location, price, and quality is impressive. The leasing professional was very organized and knowledgeable. I would refer friends to this community. I was astonished at how the community was so very well taken care of.

If one likes modern living with shops and restaurants a short walk away, this is the place.

I was thrilled with the presentation of this property. I was almost inclined to pack my bag and begin moving in.

This complex is managed very well and the landscape maintained. However, it was built like a shopping center. The closeness to businesses made it impossible to have peace.

I truly felt like the agent was really trying to find a apartment that would fit my needs. She was looking hard to find an apartment with a larger patio. She knew how important that was for me.

I would move into apartments; however, the flooring in the kitchen and bathroom looked to be inexpensive tile.

I liked the layout of the model I was shown. I could see being very comfortable in this community. I was impressed by the amount of activities they have scheduled. There was exercise classes, social gathering at a local restaurant and back to school fundraiser. All of which were free for residents.

The leasing professional was upbeat, energetic and displayed an inviting attitude. She spoke from personal experience of having lived on property. She spoke proudly of the community and assured me I would love living at their community. While she failed to determine my needs for the apartment, she asked all of the qualfying questions to determine budget, size, move-in date, number of occupants, and whether I was brining pets. She made every attempt to close the sale, but I declined because I was still looking. When told I was still looking she referred me to the company website and encouraged me to fill out an application online if I later decided that I wanted the apartment. I would recommend this leasing professional to friends and family.

I was greatly impressed by the ambiance of this apartment community. The grounds and ammenities were in pristine condition and looked like a resort. I would definitely want to live here and would not hesitate to recommend it. The apartment space was great value for the money.
