I like these apartments because of my animals. I would give it a low rating because the grounds are not kept very clean and there is normally a lot of trash. My neighbors are very nice and we hardly ever have a noise complaint.

Not enough parking in the garage, not sure if they check to make sure each vehicle is authorized, too many motorcycles just sitting in stalls.
The pet waste not enforced, my common area always filthy.
People in my apartment building let their dogs run thru without leasches on.
I like that they have a guy clean building should have twice a week.

This was a great experience and the leasing consultant was good.

Office is extremely under-staffed, not helpful, etc. definitely need more visitor and resident parking

Very clean, modern and nice environment. Would highly recommend to young professionals as well as young families. Friendly people

There is rarely a parking spot in my garage after 8pm. Cars even park against the wall since school has been out. No one is checking stickers and absolutely no one is getting towed. Management is hit or miss, but I always feel that potential renters receive priority over current residents. It takes way too long to just stop by the office and no one has ever returned my phone calls, only emails. I often feel like an inconvenience instead of a welcome resident. As for maintenance, I just put my first request in on Saturday afternoon and haven't even received a confirmation as of Monday evening. I have lived in many different luxury apartments and I have to say this one doesn't live up to the title. I doubt I'll be renewing my lease this Fall.

It is noisy, the staff do not get back to you when you contact them. The maintenance do not leave notices upon entering your home they came in and took my washer and dryer with no mail or door notice. They replaced it days later but they moved my stuff and i came home to do laundry before vacation to find my washer and dryer missing.

Garage parking is difficult and not kept clean. Trash gets really smelly . Apartment floor plan is fabulous. Love being on upper floor and access to elevator. Elevator does break down. Upstairs neighbor is TERRIBLE. Makes lots of noise up until 3 or 4 in the morning with loud banging on the floor. I actually yelled at my Grandson for making too much noise and it was the upstairs neighbor. It was not a problem until this year. Love the staff. Very timely maintenance.

There is always something to do and it is a fun place. However, it is not quite, and it is hard to get a parking spot near your apartment.

Great community

The amenities were numerous and amazing. I have never been to a community like this one. The common areas were top-notch, both ground level and on multiple levels with great views. It was also very quiet and well maintained.

It's noisy, there's dog poop everywhere, and the leasing staff is not very friendly.

Its a great place - lots of friendly people, there are a few things that could be updated - small refrigerators and no storage in the kitchen for dishes - other then that, its perfect. Love being able to walk everywhere.

Once you sign your lease they don't worry about you anymore. The front gate and side door have been broken for 4 years and they have never fixed it. The front office is the absolute worst. They never pick the phone up and when they do they never help in a timely fashion. The parking is horrible and there is no where ever to park. There is something in business called customer service and that's something ya'll lack greatly.

I like the apartments and area. Its well maintained. GYM and wellness studio classes are best in standards.
