Beautiful apartments, awesome property and a friendly staff.

In the beginning this place was great and management was awesome. it has gone downhill with management and is a horrible place to live.

These apartments are very urban and could use a little updating.

I like the location. There is easy access to good restaurants and fun things to do, but I found it too expensive. It is nice and there are nice people, but I think I can find other places that are just as nice but more affordable.

This is a very nice property. There are many floor plans to choose from and the property is within walking distance of shopping and entertainment.

It is a great location, but not a great place to make friends. People keep to themselves. They can be slow to make repairs and tow abandon cars in the parking garage. If you arrive home after 9pm, it can be difficult to find a parking spot in the garage.
Pools are nice but the largest pool is nothing but a 20-35 yr old drinking and partying spot all weekend.

The parking situation in my building, building E, is out of control. We have more cars parked there that do not have a permit than cars that do. Many of us have spoken to the office on numerous occasions and they have done nothing.

The pool at building E is neglected. The area surrounding the pool and the pool could use some serious attention.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The office staff is disorganized and a girl by the name of Elizabeta argued with me over the phone. UNACCEPTABLE way to treat residents. If it wasn't so convenient to live here, then I wouldn't. I can't wait to move out.

It is a comfortable apartment living community that offers quality and distinction. They do provide many spacious homes with modern conveniences and decorative details. They are located in a prestigious area of Plano and in walking distance to boutique shops, dining, entertainment and major freeways. The leasing prices are reasonable, and the amenities are awesome. My experience as a customer based on that interaction was made complete.

I would tell them don't bother moving in until the management can get the gates for the parking garage working. I have asked repeatedly for them to fix the lower parking garage access and nobody has done anything except switch my FOB out for another one which still doesn't work. No help at all.

I have lived here for 3 years in 3 different apartments. The first 2 years the staff was great and really looked out for the people who lived here. They have recently changed the staff and have installed a lot of new policies in particular a DNA dog tagging policy where they DNA swab your dog and compare it to poop left on the ground if your dog matches up you get fined $250. I am glad this is my last lease here as I am getting tired of the Big Brother routine

The stairwells are appalling. It took 3 days once for someone to clean up dog poo in the stairwell. I believe they are starting a program to help with this issue, but it's a little too late in my book. I'm just counting the months for my lease to expire.

These apartments are very modern. I would say they are a bit cold in the bathrooms with the metal base sinks, but the wood floors really help make them warmer. They have a very clean look. The kitchen is super open and nice with the hanging teardrop lights over the bar and sink. The area is perfectly located by two major highways, and very hot restaurants and boutique style shopping.
