Nice complex, very helpful when needed.

Could improve package delivery to complex. Does not notify residents when package is delivered to the office.

Worst apartment community to live in they never return your calls. the number is always on voicemail the call center as no clue on whats going on. The staff never checks there voicemail and they are very rude.

If you are looking for location it is great. The staff is better then average. I like each lady that I have talked with.

If you have a dog that is medium sized or bigger, definitely do not live here. The dog park smells awful all the time and my dog got sick after going there. The turf that Northside advertises so proudly reeks and always has dog waste on it. I am breaking my lease early because of how hard it has been to live here with a dog. Definitely not pet friendly. The location is great for eating out and shopping, but all in all it is overpriced, the staff is unknowledgeable and rude, and the parking garage gates never work.

It is nice to be close to highways and also to shopping and dinning area.

My visit with the leasing professional was exciting. I appreciated her taking the time to speak with me and show me around.

Alright for short term living just an apartment.

Most of the parts for this property is good, but to be better Staff member needs to have more professionalism. As working professional, I am expecting quicker response time for waiting. Average waiting time happened to me was more than 15 minutes.

The leasing professional was very robotic in nature and going through the motions. She explained they had 1600 apartments between the two communities. That alone told me there was no level of personalization and that made me feel like just a number. The hallways were dimly lit. The apartments were finished okay, but nothing that I could not get somewhere else. The only thing this community had going for it was it was within stumbling distance of the restaurants and bars and the shopping center. Very uninspired and generic.

Northside at Legacy is the best apartments my wife and I have ever lived in.

Great location, great apartment amenities, and nightlife at walking distance. Apartment floor plans are great and customer service is really good. Every time we needed service, it was completed in a timely manner.

The location and the amenities are great however the apartments themselves building, fixtures are mediocre.
