The property itself is located in busy district with access to shops and restaurants. However, the traffic is non-stop. The dog park is nice for people with pets. I could live there if it was temporary and no other option was available.

Great location to parks, restaurants, bars, and pools. A very friendly environment with lots of things to do. Perfect location for anyone who live in Plano. Nice layouts and spacious apartments. A great place to live all around!

I really love the proximity to the Shops and corporate offices. The facilities are always clean and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint is that sometimes there are no parking spots available on my floor, but it is a rare occurrence. I would recommend Northside to anyone looking to live close to Legacy.

Expensive. My rent was raised by $65 because of the new change in managment. For no reason at all...

The tour was not as informative as I would have hoped and the agent seemed a bit distracted. She did present the property in an appealing manner and answered any questions that I had. The property had many nice amenities to offer and was in a great location.

Lots of young people around us. Not a bad thing, just an is. I love the location. Wish the trash on our level didn t stink so much, but I understand with so many people dropping trash. It might help if the little room could be power washed occasionally. Also, there are many burned out lights in the parking garage which makes it feel unsafe for the many women in the building. The reason for the two ratings below that aren t excellent: Parking - depends on how late you return in the evening. If it is too late, you can t park on your level. Noise - I have actually had to make a noise complaint for the person above us who almost stomps when they walk. Barking dogs also seems to be a problem but they are outside barking at people walking by on Ruthie Rd, not in the apartment themselves.

The community grounds were beautiful, but I did not get to see any of the amenities. The leasing agent was polite, but did not make a great effort to get to know me.

I was surprised that the common area of the apartment building was dirty. The appliances along with the cabinetry in the apartment had a lot of dings and nicks. Although the amenities were fabulous, I did not see any wow factor inside the apartment.

I would highly recommend this apartment. Though she did not have the particular apartment I was interested in to show, she showed me the location of the apartment that would be available. She advised they would call me as soon as it was available, and she showed me a vacant apartment. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was a very good experience.

The leasing agent was very kind and friendly. However, the apartment was very unimpressive and could use some work.

I felt very good after my visit to this community. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. I was given many options and did not feel pressured at anytime. The community was kept nicely and the model I was shown was beautiful and clean. I was very happy and would consider living at this community.

The community was neatly kept, however the multiplicity of buildings and/or properties in one setting made it difficult to find. Also, parking for guests and prospects seemed scarce.

The pool and wrist band situation is really a challenge as a resident.

And the gym equipment is always broken.

Biggest complaint are the amenities.
