The leasing agent was very nice. She explained details of the community, but talked very fast. She showed me a model apartment. The pricing was high for what the apartments looked like.

This community is located in a very convenient location, near DNT and major streets. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance. I appreciate parking in the parking garage and being able to enter on the desired floor. The apartments have upgraded items, which is appealing. The leasing professional was engaging. The amenities offered allow for great convenience. I would lease in this community.

As a real customer, I was initially turned off with the wait time and the the opinions of the other potential renters waiting to speak with a leasing agent. The location of the property was amazing however the price was extensive for the small amount of space. The features in the apartment were nice but residents were really paying for the location. The office staff was friendly and knew the apartment features, the property amenities, and the location hot spots very well.

She spoke about the management company and emphasized the convenience of having 24 hour emergency maintenance service as well. The agent highlighted the convenience of leasing online. Based on her thorough presentation of the property and its amenities and apartment features, I would have considered leasing an apartment.

My perceptions as a real customer considering leasing at this community was a place in a most convenient location. Only blocks away from shops, dining, freeways, businesses and entertainment. The apartments are spacious being full of modern features and comfort. A larger property with many on-site amenities and townhome appeal. My impression of the staff was a professional eager to help with your needs, friendly and knowledgeable. My impression of the community itself was a positive one.

This community offers a great location, surrounded by all kinds or restaurants and shops. The amenities of the community itself are impressive, from a two-level fitness center that is open 24 hours a day, to 6 different and conveniently located swimming pools. The staff, appears to handle themselves in a professional and courteous manner.
