The leasing professional was very friendly and had a great attitude. I loved all the amenities they offered, you really can not beat it. Apartments are beautifully upgraded and in a lovely area. There is much around the area that you really can not beat the price for everything that you get.

The community is nestled in a charming Plano area within walking distance to many neighborhood conveniences. They provide spacious apartments with an extravagant blend of features and amply spa-like amenities. My impression of the staff and community itself was a positive one.

As a customer I would lease at this property, because it is upscale. It is affordable and set in the popular area of town. My impression of the staff was they were professional. The community is close to shopping.

Overall the grounds were well maintained. I could see that there were some major renovations and upgrades taking place, both on the interior and exterior of the apartments. It was a huge community.

The property did a great job of offering all of the amenities one would need. From the 6 pools, sand volleyball area, 24 hour packaging center and the new fitness center with third floor rooftop patio area.

The community was lackluster. Did not see any staff outside or working in the community, nothing looked overwhelming beautiful. The apartment looked a bit dated, like the bare minimum. The office was clean.

The value and location were good. The amenities seemed lacking or just were not highlighted enough.
