It's a quiet and comfortable community. Service requests are filled quickly and efficiently. Overall a good experience.

When rent goes up at the rate of 9.5%, I would not recomment it to anyone. I am extremely unhappy about this and if I had time, I would look for a different place to live. I will not renew my lease next year.

Quiet, family centered environment. Close to amenities. In fact, I have already recommended it.

1. There are lot of newer communities around and the apartments look nicer inside
2. The interiors of the apartments (like windows, blinds etc) were very dusty when I leased, I got a service request in and was apparently cleaned; however, it still looks the same.
3. The carpet in my apartment is sub-standard.

The apartment is great but the rental increases yearly are ridiculous.

I would not recommend this property to family/friends. Office staff not friendly at all (very cold and not a great welcoming attitude). Property needs improvement, better landscaping throughout apartment (not just near the show apartment and in the entry of apartment), front doors need to be changed and not just painted over the dings in ALL of the apartment front doors, need an updated workout facility with better equipment. If the gym could expand, maybe offer workout classes, 2nd pool (not near office) needs to be spruced up.

I have not signed a lease here yet but welcome the opportunity to do so. I do not know what the ratings websites were talking about but the Assistant Manager assured me that he would be there personally to handle my needs if any ever arose. This property is in a great location and even thou it was built long ago, the units have been upgrade for your living pleasure. The living room is a little small but the onsite amenities make up for that.

The grounds were well kept and the buildings looked very nice. I could tell the staff was helpful. They have all of the amenities you would expect.

We recommended friends but now that our electricity is over $300 and the appliances in our apt still havent been fixed, we will not be recommending these apartments too anyone.

If units that have turned over have received better appliances (and programmable thermostats), then yes, I'd offer a positive recommendation. If they're all the same as mine, then no, I wouldn't.

Once again, my lease has been broken multiple times, the staff has subsequently lied to me about what is in my lease, and have never apologized for either. This is just the most grevious infraction of your staff.

There are several issues that I have brought up to the personnel staff this past week, I am waiting to see if anything gets resolved.
