I think if the HVAC and exteriors are better maintained and if the residents don't treat the parking lot like their backyard, it would be more comfortable. I'm all for socializing and exercising but some evenings, it looks like their is a block party going on. Its a maze driving to my unit sometimes because little children are running and all over the road! The park across Haun Elementary is only a few blocks away so I wish they would go their for their evening exercise. I'm not a scrooge and I have children too but I am respectful of others and their quiet enjoyment.

When considering the lease, they did not have many amenities. A dog park, walking trail, community garden, and tennis/basketball courts would be nice. Since there was not many amenities, the price seemed too much. The staff was professional and nice. The apartments seemed well kept.

I am so sorry if you were not made aware, but we do have a dog park on our community and a sidewalk that surrounds our community that many residents use for exercise or leisurely walking. Your renewal rates are beyond ridiculous! These apartments are not in uptown nor within the shops of Legacy. I dont know how yall sleep at night knowing that you are forcing out families! You are located right near a school and across from Children's. This apartment is not where single or young professionals would want or need to move. This is a place for families and families cant afford these crazy insane prices!

The management and the workers are rude. Request work takes several days. The apartment smells like curry. Asked to get it shampoo the office said I had to pay for it.

I would consider calling this home, based on the experience I had on my visit. The leasing professional was very enthusiastic and bubbly, yet very professional. The grounds were well taken care of and the apartments had all the latest upgrades with lots of storage.

The community there was in a great central location and had the latest and greatest amenities. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The apartments were very spacious and had lots of storage space. The staff there was friendly, helpful and sincere in meeting your needs. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a new apartment in a great location.

It wasn't over the top exciting to be at the community. There were no warm cookies or coffee smell that greeted you. The apartment I saw was not move-in ready and it had a wet bathroom floor in the master bathroom, which could be a liability if someone were to slip.

I really liked the community. It was beautifully manicured and the apartments were very nice. They were not overly expensive and you got a lot for what you paid for. With the management being there so long, that was a plus and I liked the leasing professional's great attitude. I would move there and would tell my friends and colleagues.

I could not get over the $400- non-refundable pet fee for a cat. Shocking and it would keep me from renting at the community.

I wanted to thank you for showing interest in our community and making Brooks on Preston one of your choices for your new home. While we do understand that to some our pet fees may seem high, unlike our competitors we do not charge an additional deposits or monthly pet rent. We only require the one time fee while being a resident with us. Of course, if it helps, we can always look into splitting the fee into smaller payments.
