Disappointed
From the moment I moved in I knew this was a disaster. Cabinets were left dirty and the carpeting was quite used and within two days, stains from a previous pet started seeping up to the top. Maintenance is joke. It is an okay place but not one to write home about.

Would not - The apartment is getting older compared to a few others in the same area (along Ohio St, for example).

Unlikely because of the quality of the appliances, the pest problems and the trash issue. If you have a dog, also, I wouldn't recommend it. If the pest problems and trash issues get resolved, and you don't have a pet, I'd say it wouldn't be bad at all!

I think the community shoulod be maintained better!! Theres always trash flowing through the permises and ppl have their patio's full of junk and it looks trashy when yiou walk by.
