Very subjective. What matters to me may not matter to other's. If people want a quiet place, excellent office and attentive maintenance staff, solid offering of amenities and great location, then Brooks should be on their list to consider.

It's a good gated community for children and families, especially people like me how travel a lot...

Maintenance is great, but an apartment community needs more than great maintenance to be appealing. The staff is professional, but should not punish someone who wants the community to be as wonderful as possible. Little things count, relationships count, details count, cleanliness counts, and fairness counts. If we are being a nuisance, fine I understand the attitudes. But since we rarely contact the office except to only pick packages, the attitude is unwarranted. There are times when I feel that there are additional reasons for the treatment, I hope not. That would be unfortunate if those differences are why we have been treated this way.

The community was close to a highway, shopping venues and a mall. The leasing agent was very helpful and polite.

The leasing professional confidently demonstrated the community and its amenities. They mentioned the management company and talked about future renovations being planned for the fitness center. They made every attempt to close the sale and asked a second time if there was anything they could do to encourage me to lease that day. I would recommend this leasing professional to friends and family seeking to find a new home.

The traffic on Preston Rd. The speed limit is too high. When enterring or Exiting, you take a big risk to avoid an accident.

This community had a resort feel to it, with its apartments; common areas well kept, updated and modern; its grounds and leasing office were beautifully maintained. The leasing consultant was welcoming, sincere about meeting my needs and made me feel at home.

I think the community is clean, well maintained and in a good location, I feel safe there. However, my neighbors often make me feel uncomfortable about having dogs and it's frustrating to have them noisily hanging out until 11pm directly in front of my apartment. I noticed that's common throughout the entire community.

The apartment doesn't have any playground or court to spend time.
