The location is perfect for getting to anywhere, It is a major plus having access to Ohio street. I have friends who lived in this complex many years ago and liked it.

My biggest complaint regarding this community is the trash compactor area. While it has gotten better, the weekends are the worst. It is a big dumping ground for resident and non-resident of trash and old furniture. The rats use to have a field day. I have witnessed different individuals with truck loads unloading items on the weekends. I reported to staff and I was told it was ok for resident to dump large items. It's an eyesore and it really brings down the value of the property.

I would love living in this community. The friendliness that I received from the leasing professional made me feel welcome and like the residents came first. The amenities were just what I need and the community and location of the community was perfect and very convenient.

With the poor construction, noisy neighbors and how we have been made to feel uncomfortable, there is no way I would recommend this place to anyone.

The management staff paid particular attention to my specific needs and constructed a presentation based on my preferences. This level of service makes it an easy choice to lease here. The entire community is kept in excellent condition, and the property has plenty of amenities.

I thought the call was great, but the on-site visit lacked engagement. The community itself was a bit older and it showed. Overall the location was nice, but getting in and out was a bit tough. With the older looking apartments and amenities, I was a bit turned off and it would be hard for me to have made the choice to lease.

Despite my car getting broken into and the expensive rent, this is still a nice place to live. The residents aren't very friendly, but the trash pickup has gotten better. It's also pet friendly, child friendly, and overall very clean.
