The site was really nice. It had been renovated and has an upscale appeal. The agent I dealt with was extremely nice and easy to talk to. She was able to help me and took her time.

I really liked the interior of the apartments and the features provided. I loved that there were attached garages. The Leasing Professional was very friendly.

The office has been very nice to work with. The maintenance requests were carried out in a fast and efficient manner.

Nice community. Great location nearby shopping and restaurants. The finish outs of the apartments were nice with dark cabinets and wood floors. The leasing agent was friendly and helpful.

The only drawback I'd have from recommending this community is the high rent other than that this has been the best apartment community I've lived in.

The maintenance staff and office personnel are friendly and forth-coming, everything is up to my expectations, but the neighbors make this community at times unbearable. Their children play everywhere, making it impossible at times to leave the garage. They gather in large groups outside of my apartment until late at night, they are extremely loud and leave trash and toys everywhere. They swim in their clothes in the pool, making it impossible for anyone else to swim there...

I would recommend the apartment community to my friends because this place really great to live without any noise. The layout of the community and nice landscape for walking in morning / evening.

The property is old and showing its age. I have had numerous problems with things such as pipes knocking in the walls when the hot water is turned. And also a raw sewage smell that comes from the bathroom on various occasions. Would never recommend.

Place is good for school and offices but not much play area or evening walk activities. It should have a big park.

There is area for cycle parking which. Carpet are very poor and old

I enjoyed the tour. The pricing of the apartment was reasonable considering that the rent included a garage. The community was clean and the area was desirable. I would recommend this community to friends or family members.
