In fact I've been considering on writing reviews about my experience on an apartment review website a friend gave me, google places and yelp. I think more transparency is needed about the everyday reality of living where you can't sleep, conveniently have a guest over or order a pizza and where management doesn't return calls or emails. Location is great but I'd recommend someone just drive up and down memorial or allen parkway - there are a lot of options close by.

I think the location is prime, and the friendliness of the staff is welcoming. The few issues that Ive stated are easy fixes and Im sure that the staff is already addressing them!

there are a few points that could be improved, but it's a nice place with a great location, it's clean, and all the maintenance issues are dealt with to our satisfaction.

It's a very pretty, well-located place to live. My biggest concern would be about the bugs and roach infestations, and the management's ability to deal with such problems.

Too expensive given the competition in the area.

The price is too high for the place, it was well priced last year, and would have been ok with 5-10% increase. Now, the prices are too high and I will be moving out as soon as I can because of that.

Very expensive with not many add ons (theater room, large pool). This can be found at other locations at a cheaper price.
