I was annoyed initially because of how long it took to even be acknowledged when I entered the office. I understand that the leasing agent I initially saw was helping someone else, but she could have at least said hello and acknowledged me.

If they want to live in the Bayou and prepared to pay higher rents. If not then there are newer and less expensive options along the Energy Corridor.

The property was priced very expensively based on the location. The amenities in and outside needed to match the price as well.

Why I "would" recommend: nice building, good location, professional staff
Why I "would not" recommend: Features in apartment are very 'dated' and appliances "work" but do not meet the standard for a premium apartment. Examples: Window treatments (blinds) are horrible; garbage disposal shakes the entire apartment; refrigerator/freezer has never worked properly; flooring repairs don't match remaining floor; carpet is old and worn.

The location is great, the management is too. The maintenance people do a responsible job in replying to our needs.

This is an absolutely fantastic location..... If you want a pet friendly place with some pretty cool and laid back folks, this is the place.

The leasing professional did a very good job showing us the community and the apartment. The community was spotless throughout and the value of the community was reasonable for the price. I would tell others about it.

There are pros and cons. The new staff is DEFINITELY a huge con. So are the prices and the value we get for our apartments.

This was an upscale, urban community that offered a variety of amenities and a lease rate that was equal to the value received. The leasing professional was engaging and thorough. I would not have a problem recommending this community to others.

See above comment. The office lost a package of ours and still has not done anything to resolve the situation.
We have spoken to the Post Master that services the community regularly but we have not receive any notification from USPS but we will do our best to resolve this situation.
