The pool area and club house are in good shape but other than location and not being close to any grocery stores is another big drawback to Marquis at Stone Briar.

I would definitely recommend based on my experience here. Handling maintenance requests with in 24 hrs is great.

It's just a friendly, inviting atmosphere here and the staff is very personable.

The upkeep of the property was fabulous had lot of nice amenities. The leasing agent made me feel valued customer. She was captivating and genuinely had my interests in mind.

I would because it's quiet, has a great staff, great location, and well sound insulated. Could use more amenities like maybe a pool table in the clubhouse.

I've recommended several times. I think the location is great, the community is friendly with just enough amenities, and the staff is hands down the best in the area.

The amenities are just right for the price.

Mainly in certain areas of the property,parking is bad. It is hard to park near by,and a couple of times had to park at the next building

The apartment community had beautiful landscaping near the office. The apartment was spacious but didn't have anything special. The countertops and the kitchen cupboards appeared out of date and there was linoleum flooring in the washer/dryer area.
