This was a nice community. Everything was well maintained and manicured. The leasing agent was professional and pleasant. He smiled a lot and made eye contact. He was knowledgeable and conveyed confidence.

location, safety, lack of noise between walls, parking is great, maintenance is great - i have confidence anything broken will be fixed and done properly

The living conditions have declined since I initially signed my lease- very disappointing. There is dog feces all over the complex- including outside my front door (on a daily basis)

The community has everything I would need. The staff was extremely friendly.

Would - for basic living. Good space between houses. Response to maintenance requests are good.
Would Not - Quality of unit, type of appliance, outdated faucets,quality of counter tops, look of kitchen cabinets.

This is my first time in and apartment in 37 years, and i had made a big change in my life moving from out of state, and living here has made me feel safe, and the living conditions here has been great!

I would b/c it is in a very nice safe & convenient location. Personnel people are wonderful. Maintenance serrvice is very prompt.

I had a good experience at this community, Candice was very nice and I would have leased solely based on her presentation. Very professional and knowledgable, she seemed like she didn't mind showing me the apartment and wanted to know if i really liked it. I have had poor experiences at other communities and I can definitely tell that CWS takes time in training their employees. At all times I had her undivided attention, the office was busy but she handled it well and not once did i feel neglected. I enjoyed this visit.

Based on the service and friendliness of staff I would and have recommended the complex.

i have had a family member live in an apartment at this complex and a friend also.

Everyone has been so courteous and helpful. The only complaint I have is that for some reason my phone number keeps getting erased in the gate call system and there aren't enough dog potty stations. If those are my only complaints though, I feel lucky to live here.

It is a quite neighborhood. I like the location very much. I have recommended it to several friends.

I wish my mother would sell her house and move here!
