The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and professional

If I were a real prospect. I think I would be happy living there. The property appeared to be clean and maintained. I have no doubt that the agents would be pleasant to work with.

Marquis at Stonebriar seemed to be very well kept and clean, which was very attractive to me! The staff was very personal to me and identified my needs.

The leasing agent was very friendly and detailed about the apartment. I felt she really wanted to help me find a home.

All of the apartments need to be completely updated/renovated exactly the same. All with real granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. All kitchen sinks need to be deep.

I have loved living here. I feel safe, staff is friendly, location is ideal, no major problems.

in the four years of living here it appears as though the complex is just interested with making more money on the side with offering reserved parking at a fee even though parking for residents are limited with certain vehicles covered and by law in most states are considered storage and not parking
