I would highly recommend Marquis at Stonebriar to all to live. I would however mention if living on the bottom floor to be aware of the very thin ceiling walls. Neighbors above can be quite loud.

I have recommended recycling and nothing ever comes about it, so what’s the point of telling you. Also, I don’t feel we should have to pay extra for an upgrade on an apartment. Just upgrade them. There are too many new apartments being built around the area that have new everything and the rent is about the same.

The community, apartments and amenities were very well maintained and nicely appointed. The leasing agent was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. The community has a lot to offer. The rental rates are very fair.

The leasing professional demonstarted the community in a confident manner adding value by talking specifically about features in the apartment home. They also made an attempt to close the sale by inviting me to apply that day. I would recommend this leasing professional to friends and family seeking to find a new apartment home.

The community was very nice. The office was decorated very nicely, yet it was simplistic. The amenities were similar to other apartments the only thing that stood out was the virtual cycle room. I thought that was pretty cool. I would not probably not recommend the place due to the underwhelming enthusiasm the day of my visit.

Apartment amenities and space were excellent. My problem was noise level . Neighbor upstairs loud .....

The apartment community had a "homey" feel to it. The apartment community had newer equipment and a recently renovated common area but still felt like a comfortable place to come home to after the hustle and bustle of the work day.
