The customer service was great, and the community itself was flawless.

We actually have recommended this apartment community to some friends and i think they are going to rent here when they relocate.

After 4 years as a very un valued resident I will be leaving. This used to a peaceful, quiet place to reside. It's no longer, children scream, bang crawl on cars, throw rocks at your front door. They hit trees with baseball bats, leave toys a over the walkway. The pool is strictly off limits to anyone who isn't a screaming, wailing or moaning child. I would equate living here to residing in the ball pit of a Chuck E Cheese...

I need up grades, with out raising my rent!!!!!

Outdated appliances, loud neighbors, residents not adhering to pet rules

More improvements need to be made in the area of speed bumps. People are driving way too fast in the community. More improvements need to be made in the area of trash monitoring and enforcement.

It was a nice experience, the apartment was really nice and the leasing consultant was also not bad.

Current prices are reflective of communities with a lot more amenities.

I have pushed Marquis strongly to anyone I know who has mentioned they were looking for an apartment, but none of them have come here.

In fact, while I was sitting outside the office last Saturday, a man entering the office asked if I was a resident and how long I had lived here and what I thought about...gave him a "glowing" report. Keep up the good work!

Quiet, friendly, affordable

This community has wonderfully spacious garages, large floor plans with plenty of storage, and two sparkling pools. These floor plans appear to be made by someone who wanted to make living truly easy.

I'd recommend because the location is great, community is friendly. Amenities are adequate and staff is friendly. Very comfortable place to live.

Tenants allowed to make their residence look "ghetto".

I have recommended this community to others that have been looking in the area for an apartment complex.
