It is a quiet apartment complex, very clean, and for the age of the complex, I feel as if the units have been kept up to date.

I have lived here for three years and I feel the type of residents that now live here are not the same level of people than when I moved in.

I'd recommend because the community is quite, not to big, not to small, the amenities are pretty good and the staff has always been GREAT.

Too expensive for the location and amenities. not clean, animal park not maintained. Lack of enforcement of your own rules.

Because I believe the apartment rates are over priced for older apartments. The newer apartments don't charge extra for an upgrade. I believe you should upgrade the apartments without charging extra. That's why so many people have left the apartments that have been here for a short and long time.
