The type of tenant that is allowed to rent here has declined since I moved in. The rent continues to increase even though the product or service is not there.

I would recommend this apartment community because they are the best I've seen that matches my requirements to make a home.

I have been here almost a year and I have been completely satisfied with my experience here.

I clicked "likely" because we are content here and the location is best for us. However, having looked at other places where the kitchens/bathrooms are nicer and where a person can walk on a sidewalk (and if location is not important), I would go with nicer upgrades and a safe place to walk since rent prices in the area are comparable.

I definitely would. It's a very peaceful, pleasant place to live. Never any problems. Easy to deal with office. Not to mention, great location and well taken care of community. They are always grooming and keeping things beautiful.
