The leasing professional did an excellent job in promoting the general community and all of the amenities that came with living in the community. He identified my needs efficiently and was very personable in his sales efforts, sharing personal anecdotes that made me think this would be a nice place to live.

The property was clean and well kept, but also old and outdated. The rental amount for the age and location seemed very high, and I would be very unlikely to live there by choice.

Initially, I scheduled the visit with the agent that I spoke with over the phone. I was passed on to another LPC professional, and the reason given was that the target agent was taking a phone call. After completing her call, the target agent walked by me and did not acknowledge the fact that I was her 3:00 PM appointment. She was not apologetic that she was not going to be able to assist me on the visit. The other LPC professional eagerly assisted me with the on-site visit.

As stated before, Neveyda made me feel like The Meadows and I were meant for each other. She really gave me more information than anywhere else I had been. She is a stellar representative of Lincoln.

The agent was very nice and seemed to want to help me find an apartment. He was professional and friendly.
