The community was very well maintained. The leasing agent was very friendly.

Is a good place to live and a good area. You have to many things such as restaurants, gym or supermarkets. The Dart Station is too close also. But I think the rent is expensive for the buildings that are quiet old.

The community was located in a great location with easy access to some of the best in dining and shopping. The leasing professional was great. She was a great help in helping me find the right apartment.

The Meadow in The Village office staff and maintenance crew are great Landscaping is done well. The location of The Meadow in The Village is convenient between going south to downtown Dallas and going north to suburbs. I highly recommend living in The Meadow in The Village.

This is a nice quiet community, with beautiful green belts and is a well managed property. Although the community is small, if you like Country Club living, this may be the place for you.

It was a nice community and I would consider renting there. It had a lot to offer especially if I was a single person.

I moved in on Jan, 2013, renewed in Dec. 2014, lived in the same apt for almost 2 years now. I asked a complementary cleaning recently, was told which is only available within one month of renew lease ---- why within one month that is one of the most nonsense policy ---- where I lived before all offers one complementary once a year, any time ---- when I was renewing, it was winter and humid, not want the carpet wet and chemical leave in the home ---- now it is hot and my kids are out of town which is a good time for me to do carpet cleaning, but was told it expires ----- I could not and can not understand why ---- thanks for your time

The apartment community was very nice looking and the amenities are by far the best around for the price!
