The community location is ideal and being a member of the country club is great. The agent was wonderful and based on her presentation of the apartment and being able to address my concerns, I would want to stay at this community. I would recommend these apartments to friends looking in this area.

I really enjoyed talking with the leasing agent, and if I recommended the property to friends, I would refer them to her. She was very knowledgeable. She had a great personality and was very genuine. She represented Lincoln Properties very well.

- Multiple times a week must park vehicle out of sight from my apartment.
- The center of the parking lot is not illuminated well at night.
- Regularly people who do not live in the complex can be found using the laundry facilities.
- Apartment exterior is thin. Can routinely hear people talking in the parking lot and hear neighbors through wall and floor if they are any louder than 'inside voices'.
- Landscaping and exteriors are generally nice and well kept. Apartments and car ports were recently repainted.
- Fixtures are used and scratch & dent items. Counters, windows, doors, and cabinetry could use replacing. Many of the apartment doors are not hung evenly causing them to stick in the frame and swing on the hinges. Windows are the worst part of the apartment, they are old and leak interior Heat/AC like a sieve.
- Maintenance generally does a good job. Often they do not give prior notice of accessing apartment (attic access). They have also downplayed some requests and once or twice 'fixed' the wrong thing in the apartment.
- Staff is friendly and helpful though it is clear they are woefully hand-tied by Lincoln Properties corporate to provide any sort of local, immediate, and creative service for their occupants.
- I have lived in better communities and worse. The Village apartments are much less often a problem than the people allowed to live in said apartments.

The leasing professional really made me feel welcome. She was professional and happy to help me find the apartment that fit my needs. The community had everything that one could need, with the Country Club membership really making it worthwhile. The Country Club, along with the leasing price of the apartment, made it an excellent value. The community was conveniently located near the best in shopping and dining with easy access to the freeway.

Better parking would be great I have to park almost in the next complex because is hard to find parking. I can hear my neighbors all the time, when they are up, go to sleep or walk around their apt

The upgraded apartments at the comunity were nice and appeared to be a good value for the area. The leasing professional was very pleasant and detailed throughout the tour and answered all of my questions. I felt as if I would be a valued resident if I chose to lease there.

If you are looking for a properly maintained, full of amenities, safe, comfortable environment, you have found a home!

This complex is great. There is a lot of security 24 hours a day. The gym and all the pools are great. A very pretty area. Great place for runners

It is an older complex, but renters should understand that moving in. My only complaint is the actual property is older & has some problems (like the water pipes & and there are bugs in my apartment.

The apartment complex is very safe and the staff are very friendly. I haven't had any issues with the apartment, maintenance, or the staff. The neighbors all seem nice and are not very loud. The parking isn't bad at all. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

The property was cleaned and seemingly well maintained, albeit visibly older. I felt the price was a little high for the area and what was included. The agent was friendly, but not overly helpful.

The apartment complex was clean, and the apartment was well kept. Allison was very kind and friendly. She was knowledgeable of the product.

The apartments are a little old, and I get tons of bugs because the their are cracks around the windows and doors. The cabinets aren't made especially well, and I can tell what that the previous tenant liked to bake a lot because I found food stuck between the counter and stove. The flooring in the laundry closet is coming up, so you can tell that their was a plumbing issue or at least that the washer overflowed at one point. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor is doing and watching on TV. The staff is very friendly, and the apartment is very affordable compared to what I had to pay for my old apartment. It feels safe, and the floor plan is nice.

This community is located next to the main attraction of The Village, its country club.
