Everything you need is within walking distance.

The community was amazing and the apartment was very nice. The leasing agent did a fabulous job.

Amazing location with close proximity to everything one can think of. Also the jogging walking tracks are awesome, especially when you are by the lake.

The constant security patrol grants you peace of mind. I always have a place to park. Maintenance issues get resolved in a timely manner. There are many places of interest near by. The neighbors are friendly. This makes up for the apartments being older.

I have spent 3 months living in the meadow in the village. The community is decent, quite and comfortable. The staffs are all nice and high efficient. And it's very close to the country club with so many amenities. The only thing I want to add is a basketball court in the country club playground. Anyway, it's a perfect place to live in Dallas with a convenient location.

The staff were very engaging and friendly. They cared about my needs and took time to get to know what I was looking for. The property was amazing and I would look forward to living there.

Its been almost two years for us now living here.... we have rejected our plan to move out twice as the vicinity is excellent in providing services as well maintaining the landscapes.... It is very peaceful, secure and very favourable for the folks with families.

This is a great benchmark place for first time users as well. A note for the management is that some apartments need upgrades and refresh but overall 4 5 for us.

This was a very enjoyable visit. It was comfortable in the office, with a relaxing atmosphere. Everything about this property was appealing to the eye, and presented a homey environment.

Your rent is high

After visiting Meadow in the Village I was ready to move! The amenities that are extended to residents are amazing. Not only do you have access to a country club and all it has to offer, there are also monthly events that are hosted for all the properties. There was such a sense of community and inclusion. There is something for everyone in the sense of an apartment as well as in amenities and services and events. The apartment itself was nice. The finishes were upgraded.

Found an apartment in The Village last minute. The Meadow is one of the older complexes in The Village, but is very well maintained. Since it is older, you do hear your neighbors on occasion, but if you can handle the occasional noise then you shouldn t have a problem. The office managers are very nice and maintenance usually is very prompt about fixing issues. The issue is typically fixed the day the work order is submitted. Overall, the apartment fits my needs and I do enjoy all the added perks that the apartment complex has to offer. I would definitely recommend a friend to check out The Village if they were looking for an apartment in Dallas.
