I was happy with the presentation that the leasing professional gave me in regards to the apartment and the community. I really liked the feature of being a member of the country club, which gave access to an indoor pool and fitness room. The park with the pond was beautiful and the grounds were kept up, neat and clean.

Asked the rent office in one day printing and paper task and you not have enough time to go to any place and the employee refused to do so, despite that there must be a place dedicated to online services and printing

Overall, I felt that this place was top notch. Even though the community was older, it had a lot of character. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds were clean and it had a lot of ammenities. One of my favorites was the Country Club. It was also a very safe community with 24 hour security. This was definitely a good value and I would consider living there myself.

I like this community and the surrounding area a lot. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance people always come in a timely fashion. The only problem I have is with the heating and the door of the bedroom. The heat is pretty loud and the bedroom door is very loose. So every time the electric heat is turned on and the air is pumped out, the door will swing and make noise...

The staff was very nice and the community was clean and well kept.

I love living here and would recommend this community to anyone!

Convenient place to live, quality staff, quality apartment with good layout.

If the Village meets their needs there is no question that no other place in Dallas is better.

The entire Village is a wonderful community, the grounds are very well kept and are beautiful with all of the landscaping and blooming flowers and the people who live in the different properties of the Village are so friendly and always willing to help if needed. I have lived in 3 different properties and I have to say, The Meadow has been my favorite of them all!

Proximity to Dart, and downtown in general.

Great proximity to freeways, dart rail, restaurants and stores. The park and the pools allow you to meet and make many friends. More like a small town than an apartment complex.

For me, personality is everything. I just did not feel anything come in from the office. It was just another leasing office and I was just another person looking for an apartment. My personality and my excitement was more than what I was getting from the office.

It is a great starter community. The looks of the apartment complex and grounds is very nice. The few times I have had maintenance questions or concerns, the staff have responded promptly. There are also lots of activities where one could get involved.

There is a lot that The Village has to offer residents. The apartment I saw was upgraded. The fixtures were attractive. The linen closet was sacrificed to put in a stackable washer and dryer unit. The landscaping was attractive and well maintained.

The leasing professional did not find ways to connect with the customer.
