The leasing agent was super. I really felt as though I was ready to sign the lease right then. She was unique. The maintenance staff seemed very responsive and were all in uniform. They seemed professional. The office was not the nicest I have seen, but it was clean.

Safe and clean. Unfortunately you can't have pets. Centrally located to many attractions in DFW

They are very nicely remodeled apartments. It is a great area with very helpful staff.

I live with my young daughter at the Meadow. We feel safe there. We really enjoy the beautiful landscaping and wildlife in the apartment community.

The property was clean and in good condition. I thought the rental price was fair, given the features and amenities of the property.

I was very impressed with this community and the leasing professional. I would definitely lease from here and can see that life at the community would be great. I loved the fact that they are a pet free community and that the country club is located next door.

The complex, lawn and surrounding area was in excellent condition. The leasing office was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Although the leasing agent I spoke to on the phone did a terrible job, the leasing professional that showed me the apartment did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with her and would have definitely leased from her. The apartment I viewed was in great condition. It was warm and inviting and had wonderful upgrades. It was a great apartment for the money you pay to live there. I had a great experience working with the leasing agent at the leasing office. I cannot same the same for the phone leasing agent, unfortunately.

The agent was excellent and very friendly. The complex was nice and clean.

The Meadow provides expert management. The community is quiet and pleasant. The manager and staff ensure that the complete living package is bar none! The only request would be the Village Clubhouse lounges are open more regularly.

Great value for the price. Great location and nice open apartments.
