The people when the moving here they always the ask me if I like to be living here and I say yes all the people are nice and all the employees

I would say that, though I have not lived here very long, it's a great first apartment. It's close to everything!

I thought the leasing agent was great and very polite. She gave an honest tour and the property was also nice. I thought the rent was reasonable and the renter got their monies worth.

I would tell them it is a wonderful location to live in for young adults. The actual units, however, definitely need some work. Upon move in, not only was our unit infested with cockroaches, beetles, and spiders, it was hardly cleaned. There was dust everywhere. Additionally, both of our tubs leaked water all over the place, our dishwasher leaked water, was missing parts, and did not clean well. We can hear everything our neighbors say and do. However, once maintenance was called it took no more than 48 hours for the projects to be fixed. The bugs are a reoccurring problem, but maintenance always comes to spray in a timely matter.

I love all the amenities. Good neighbors, and maintenance does really well too. The apartment above me had a leak and flooded mine. They fixed it right away, within the hour, & they replaced the carpet by the end of the week. I was more than satisfied, I was actually surprised.

The property had that "homey" feel to it. The resident activities described were exciting and the community seemed friendly.

I love living in the this community. The office staff is very friendly, they try to meet my needs as much as they can. It is a great area to walk your dog and to have children as well. I leave early in the morning for work but I feel very safe walking to my car and I like that there is 24hr security watching over the complex. The rent is reasonable for living in The Village as well. My apartment is the perfect size for me as well. It is also very conveniently located by all of the shopping malls, grocery stores, and great restaurants. I would highly recommend the Village to anybody looking for a new place to live.

I moved to Dallas from NYC, so I'm used to crampy tiny apartments. I chose the Corners in the Village due to proximity in to DART, and cost. I was surprised at how clean the entire complex is kept, the common areas are kept extremely neat. The fact they have a gym on site actually lowered my budget since I didn't have to pay for that! I'm glad with the decision I made, if you move here you will too.

Besides no one taking the initiative and greeting me as I walked in, the leasing professional was great. She knew what she talking about. She was very nice and even though they had nothing for me at that time, she still tried to offer to get me to the information center where I could get information on the other 14 apartments in the area.

I love the corners. The location is prime, the staff is professional, and the amenities are excellent.

The Corners is located a block from the Village Country Club where I can walk each day to go to the gym, which is very convenient for me. The gym is better than the LA Fitness I used to attend. It is a very beautiful place to live and take walks. The staff is professional and honest. I can pay my bills online for free without any trouble. The price I pay for the value I receive is very low.

This community is very conveniently located near all the shops, malls, and restaurants, and HWY 75. I felt that the one-bedroom apartment model I saw was small, however.

This is a wonderful apartment community! The price can't be beat and the staff is always friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this complex!
