The Village apartment community really is a wonderful place to live in. Specifically, I rent an apartment at The Corners and let me just say I have never been happier living in any apartment complex than I have since I've moved in here. The entire staff is friendly, the apartments are beautiful, you get a strong sense of security, I could go on and on about all of the wonderful things they have to offer. There is always something fun going on either in the leading office (i.e. Halloween party, pie party, yum) or at the country club across the street (i.e. Movie nights, book clubs, craft nights, sports, etc) Whatever hobby you may have The Village pretty much has something going on that you might enjoy. Simply put, it's a wonderful place to call home.

Nice community with several amenities according to the brochure I received. Property was neat and clean throughout, and the staff was friendly and courteous.

The Village is well-maintained. The staff is friendly. The neighbors are friendly and it is a quiet, but fun place to live.

The upkeep of the property was acceptable. The property was clean and well maintained. What the property offered in exchange for the rental price was reasonable.

This is a nice property in a great location. The property is a bit dated and could probably use some upgrades to be more compatible to other properities in the area.

It is a beautiful community. The staff is friendly and attentive. The only thing missing would be updated interior and washer/dryer connections.

The landscaping of the community was very nice. There were lots of shades and trees, and plenty of uncovered parking spaces. It was a very quiet community with 24 hour patrol. The apartments were ordinary, but the amenities of the country club made up the difference. The area was very well kept and a nice neighborhood.

The community is outdated and is definitely in need of some upgrades. The appliances are old and need to be replaced and may be mismatched. If you are looking for full sized washer/dryer connections, there are none. The units with connections are only for a stackable set. Full size washer/dryer connections are pretty standard these days and are a great selling point for people.

I was excited about living there. It was a nice area and I loved the apartment layout. I actually thought it would be nice to see the leasing professional everyday. I felt like she understood my needs, wants and needs. I liked the idea of living close to the office. It felt more secure. I wanted to lease the apartment that day before anyone else did. I was excited about the possibility of moving in. I wish I needed an apartment. We each talked on the same level, and I felt like she would make a good friend. We talked constantly, laughed and the entire visit was focused on me.

The agent was a wonderful host. She made the tour fun. She was excellent at making friendly conversation. She made the community sound like the place to be.
