I would recommend to live here for people that are new to Dallas it is a great place to meet new young people that are active and like to do different activities.

The village is a good low budget apartment not much else

Depends on friend's price point and value for money.

The agent was attentive and sincere. The community offers great amenities that add value to the price.

I would recommend the newer apartments, the club house and property are very nice, our apartments however are old and not secure!

This is a nice and quiet property. It is located near shopping and entertainment.

I was shown a better/newer apartment than given one in bad condition! Baited with one that had hard wood floors an a fireplace and then switched to one without either or

since I go to SMU for school, this apartment really helps me to save a lot of time going to school. And the whole community is great for me, the environment, the facility, everything is good for me. Country actually provides a lot of things to the resident. Neighbors are quite friendly and I really love talking with them. People working in the office are really nice and they are wiling to help me out when I have problems.

The lack of parking and the flooding in the walk ways is a hassle. The fact the apartment needed a number of things fixed when I moved in also sends a message. I never contacted anyone and thats on me, but really someone should walk through the apartment before giving the keys over and just make sure everything works and there isn't paint drops.

This was a well maintained propety with somewhat dated apartments. The amenities and grounds would have made it worth living there, but I thought the specific apartments were plain and outdated for the prices they were asking.

The grounds of the property were wonderful as this was an older community in The Village. However, it was not up to par on the amenities that were offered at other properties at The Village. This property did not have the updated kitchens and flooring. The model was cramped and seemed outdated. I was not impressed with the office. It was small and uninviting when compared to sister properties.

I would not recommend the Corners but I would recommend the Villages other properties.

The customer service was fair but not special or original.

I like the village apartments specially the corners location is amazing close to every thing you need just a walking distance food marts, restaurants, Public transportations and public library plus the Management and maintenance crew super friendly and competent . the most important thing is the property is very safe. - .
