It's not a bad way to go. This past month, however, I've encountered a few problems. The ceiling in the laundry room closest to me caved in, thus the facility has since been out of order. It's been over a week since the incident, so this is very inconvenient for me and my dirty laundry. Also, at one point this past week, the hot water was cut off in the morning. I'm not a fan of cold showers, but I endured it nonetheless. My internet also stopped working one night in the not-so-dsitant past. These really aren't ridiculous problems, but it's the little things that pile up and amount to much more.

Expensive and falling apart

That the land scaping is immaculate , that the services or repair services are always prompt. I have no complaints

The property was very nicely kept up and felt homey when I visited. The area is definitely a prime area to move if you are looking to be close to shopping and entertainment.

I do like them but the rent is getting outrageous for a one bed room apartment even with a yaer lease, to high for the amount of square feet you are given

I like the silence, the peace, the opportunity to play sports at your doorstep.

The Corners East is clean, safe, and well-maintained. I'm very happy to live here.

its almost like living a nice neighborhood w/a crime watch program where you feel comfortable taking walks anytime during the day & feeling secure.

The community looked to be very well maintained, and there were plenty of things to do there. I thought the price was a little on the high side, considering the apartment sizes and features.

It's fine, affordable, has beautiful, mature landscaping, but the appliances are nowhere near what most apartment complexes think of as table stakes.
