Living in the Corners has been a great experience. Maintenance has only been needed twice, and they came within a day. Parking is never a problem; bugs are never a problem. I love my private balcony. Laundry on-site, a pool. It's a pleasure living here.

Great neighbor good. Very expensive. Parking stinks. Conpletely outdated.

My heating and A/C unit seems unable to get my apartment cool enough - I run a gaming machine and the oven which both serve to counter the A/C unit. Though I would love to get 70 degree temps, this is not a deal breaker for me. However I love how close it is to the village fields (where I play ultimate frisbee). I also like that I can walk to the pool or the country club when they are open (which is most of the time). My across neighbor is very down to earth paper delivery guy who I've gotten to chill and talk with on numerous occasions. When I first moved in, my upstairs neighbor called the cops on me for playing dubstep over my sound system at normal levels before 7pm. I've used headphones ever since.

The community amenities were outstanding. The community was noticeably clean and well maintained. It was in an excellent location, with easy highway access and access to the most popular areas in shopping and dining. The leasing professional had a wonderfully cheerful attitude.

The community was average in terms of the others that I have seen. It was well maintained including the landscaping. The leasing professional who helped me was very personable and she demonstrated the apartment according to my preferences and concerns.

I was satisfied with the community and all the amenities the agent was able to explain to me. I was satisfied with the phone and on-site presentation.

The Corners in the Village is little more affordable then other apartments in the Village community and is in a great location. The country club is right across the street.

Having lived in apartments in cities all over the world, I can say that I've never found a more comfortable, hospitable, service-minded rental situation in my life. Although the apartment itself is older and dated, it is well-maintained, quiet, and clean and the surroundings are attractive. From entertainment to athletic facilities, residents can choose from a diverse offer of activities and amenities.

This place is great, however as a student who moves mostly by bus, the university bus stop is a little far, and the schedule may be off at times which can be a considerable amount of time under cold weather

I Love the Apts. & Location. Landscape is really nice property always clean. The office staff is not friendly especially to me as a Disable tenant.Its been two months still haven't receive the move in rebate . Rent is good price. My apt I do Love.Surrounding tenants very friendly.

One of the better communities I have had a chance to live in. Everyone is very friendly and the amenities of living here are pretty good for the price.

I received a very good presentation overall from the leasing professional. I was impressed with her demeanor and can do attitude. She was very confident in her approach and never missed a beat with anticipating needs, asking questions, and giving me 100% customer service.

I did not expect the property to be as fantastic as it was.
