Well kept, great location, reasonably priced for the DFW area.

I would because I feel safe and comfortable. I would not because any time I have problems I feel like I'm on my own to solve them when it should be the responsibility of the apartment complex.

It's a good community

I think for what I pay, I have a good value. I like the security that is constantly patrolling the area. It is safe and pet-friendly. The maintenance staff always fix any need that I have.

The property was an older community and quite nice. However, the apartment I viewed did not appear to have the newest appliances in it and the appliances were a different color. The leasing agent was engaging, comfortable, professional and knowledgeable on the tour. Although the community and apartments appeared to be older, I would recommend leasing there because of the management company.

My visit to this community was well worth it. I enjoyed the leasing agent's positive attitude and willingness to assist. The agent was very knowledgeable, detailed, and precise in trying to help me secure a new apartment. The amenities and features that came within the apartment and community were remarkable. I would highly recommend this community to anyone that was looking for a pleasant place to call home.

I love my apt. It's quiet and relaxing having so many pools. There is always something going on and so many things to do in the complex. Only two things aren't great- 1) the water heater: its either SUPER hot or changes from hot to cold to warm to you no longer have skin hot. 2)Resident only parties aren't listed as resident only so you have to call before hand or find out when you get there. Overall though I love the Corners @ the Village.

It would be nice if all the apartments had washer/dryer connections. The community was well maintained.

I liked the community. One problem I noted was that the swimming pool needed to be cleaned, as it had Crepe Myrtle flowers in it. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned that day. The leasing agent made me comfortable and with all the amenities and activities she listed and I was compelled to lease there. She genuinely was interested in informing me about everything they had to offer.
