I saw a nice apartment, what all was offered at the community was defiantly an extra that was rare. I was not shown any of the amenities for this particular property so I can ad in my opinion about them but it was a clean, appealing property.

The community was conveniently located. The grounds were well maintained. The staff was professional and friendly.

The staff was nice and the apartment was decent for the price. The Vllage was quiet and clean.

The community was a lovely little apartment complex inside the village. The rent prices were decent for where the apartment was located. This was an older complex but still in really good shape. The employees were really nice and always eager to help.

The leasing agent was very sweet and polite. She was very professional.

The staff and the community itself were impressive. The leasing professional did a good job in the presenting the community.

The level of service was great and I would recommend anyone to this property.

The amenities and the Country Club must be their greatest amenity, as it is all the agent mentioned. Although, I believe it is a great amenity, it alone cannot sell me on the apartment. The appliances are a tad bit out of date for the price and I would expect more of this community. All in all, it is not a bad community, but the appliances alone would keep me from leasing here unless they were updated.

It's not bad, it's quiet, and relatively safe.

Based on the experience, the likelihood I would recommend the apartment community to family and friends is high.

The property is falling apart. We've had multiple roof leaks. Everytime it rains there is a new leak. The roof needs to be replaced. The property is old and it's not worth what they're charging.

I would think about living here, because of the location and the membership to the Country Club.
