Very very dissapointed in the experience I, my roommate and friends in the complex have had with the staff and I had expressed that to many people looking to move.
I have had just the opposite experience! Everytime I go to get my package or more recycling bags everyone is always friendly and eager to help me. They even go as far to ask me if everything is alright in my home. Maybe you should talk to management to express yourself.

Overall I thought the property was warm and inviting; Matt himself was very personable and did a great job explaining things in detail. I really appreciated how he took the time to share specific characteristics of the property that only would be know by one who lived there.
