I don't feel nearly as safe as I once did in my apartment. There are strangers constantly visiting the apartment across from and one door down from me at all hours of the night. Cars zoom through the parking lot at all hours of the night, blaring music and revving their engines. People talk and yell outside of my apartment door during all hours of the night. I know our neighbors have complained, and nothing has been done about it. I used to love living here but am looking forward to moving out this summer.

I think both of the leasing agents did a really good job with selling the community and the apartment. The on-site leasing agent did a really good job on the tour. I would love to live at the community, because of everything they had to offer.

Cleanliness of the public areas, noisy pool area, and people who don't belong in the buildings just hanging out.
Thank you for your response to our survey, we take all the feedback we receive very seriously and I am glad that you have reported these things to us. I am planning to have the parking garage completely cleaned out in October with the help of my fellow CWS communities in the area. If all goes as planned we should see a this project completed by the end of September. In regards to the noise you are hearing from the pool and paring lots, you are welcome to call us at the office at any time during office hours and we will head out to see what is going on, and the courtesy officer will gladly respond after office hours. I thought that the community was very well maintained. The staff was awesome and I thought it was great that the agents were so personable. I liked the idea of community engagement through mixers and events. The pool area was great and the community felt very intimate.

This has been a great living experience for me. Most of the people I know want to live in a house. I haven't found many people that want to live in an apartment. It is the best way to live for me.

I have referred a lot of people to live here- I love the location, staff, and neighbors. However, the building is old and the price is high for the amenities (the windows, doors, etc. allow so much heat in)- especially for people without upgrades. I would rather keep my rent the same and deal with "Ikea-like" cabinets/fixtures peeling, coming apart etc.. things are a bit rickety. However, I don't need fancy things. I just wish the price reflected this- the square footage for brand new apartments with upgrades in the area is definitely comparable.
