Location is awesome and the price is wonderful.

The community was top notch. The leasing agent was nice, once I got to know him. The grounds were clean and it had a lot of amenities. One of my favorites was a fitness center. It was also a very safe community with 24 hour security. The community was definitely a good value, and I would consider living there.

It's perfectly located. Very nice people and very respectful about noise . I just love it!

The community boasts a pool with a view of Downtown Dallas, an upgraded fitness center and a club room perfect for hosting parties. The kitchens are spacious with islands and an open feel.

I always recommend The Marquis At Texas Street to anyone I come in contact with who wants a great place to live.

My wife and I recently sold our home in a smaller, local town and moved into Dallas. I looked for locations for 4 solid months, and kept coming back to the Bryan Place neighborhood as it was a perfect location! The complex next door (910 Texas St) was rude and didn't remotely act like they were interested in a couple in their 50s, which brought me next door to The Marquis at Texas Street, who welcomed us with open arms! The office staff is wonderful, the unit is perfect, and we often remind ourselves that we picked the perfect complex for our needs.

Yes, the office staff is sometimes hard to reach, but they have always responded to our requests very promptly and are very committed to the overall needs of the residents. We also have neighbors directly above us with creaky floors, but we've gotten accustomed to it and accept that it's part of being in an apartment community.

We cannot imagine living in ANY of the complexes we looked at before choosing this one, and have no plans to move on any time soon (hoping that the rent stays as close to what is currently is a possibly). I would recommend this community to anyone! It's a nice complex with a great staff!

The community is very accessible; however, I would not recommend renting from building 2 because of the trash compactor. I would also warn about the non-updated appliances.

Price, maintenance and the quality

I really enjoyed the visit at the community. The leasing agent seemed to enjoy his job and he was professional.

Upon walking in, you are emerged into a beautiful Texas style retreat. The color scheme gives you a warm feeling and it pairs well with the modern decor. The floor plans looked spacious and well thought out. The staff was friendly, personable and helpful. While viewing the model apartment, I immediately began envisioning a life there. The model alone would entice anyone to lease. The community as a whole was quiet and cozy. I would have been delighted to lease there that day.

The community is out dated and dirty.

I have been very comfortable and have felt very welcomed since day one. My unit is big and cozy and there is no noise! There are many great improvements that have gone underway since May 2013 that really shows you guys put our rent money to good use. My hat's off!
