Recently, some residents have been leaving their garbage in front of their apartments the day before it is due for pick-up. It makes the property looks...unkempt. Residents need to be informed more than once about these policies to reinforce their appropriate behavior.
Management is terrific. Staff is so very concerned about the individual, not just the resident. This is critically important as a single individual or as someone living as a caregiver with an older individual/parent.

The only reason I would not recommend the community is due to the maintenance not being as good as when I moved in. Otherwise it is a great community to live in.

The agent was great. She really knows how to make you feel right at home. The amenities are fantastic. I loved the color schemes and the landscaping. It was like you were on vacation at a resort.

The units are cheaply constructed - the walls are too thin -- I can hear the person above me very clearly - especially when we're both in the bathrooms.

I would not at all recommend the apartment I am in. A former girlfriend of mine lived here years ago, in an upstairs apartment that was updated. I wish I had waited for one to open up, b/c the apartment I'm in right now is terrible.

I honestly felt like the community was where the "elite" stayed. Tracy didn't really seem to care about whether or not I leased there, and she often talked about how busy she was, how many apartments they leased in the day, etc.
