It's a beautiful place, I feel very safe here. Great views, beautiful grounds with lots of wildlife in evidence. It is tucked away and private.

I just wanted to thank you for your feedback on your recent survey. I see that you are in the C2 floor plan, and wanted to see where the noise is coming from? Is the noise below you or beside you? The residents beside you have recently moved out, so I just wanted to verify that. I am certainly happy to assist you if the problem persists if you want to let me know when it is happening.

I certainly understand that there has been some turnover at the site and agree with you on Jessie! She has been incredibly strong for us and she was promoted last December as a result. I started with us on January 2nd as the new community director and look forward to being here for years to come! The community was great! I wish the leasing consultant had more energy and relayed my needs back to what was offered in the apartment. Overall it was not a bad tour, but I recommend asking how my furniture would fit so I could visualize myself there rather than an empty space. The consultant was able to answer all of my questions honestly without hesitation, but it was not a memorable experience.

I would recommend Treetops because it's in a great location, it's a gated community and I feel very safe, and the units have some nice touches like the floors and patios. I would not recommend Treetops because I have had to deal with scorpions, centipedes, and the like too many times for a luxury apartment; a washer/dryer is not included for the high rent price; the interior paint colors and cabinet trim are dated; sound insulation is terrible between floors (or my upstairs neighbor is a giant who wears concrete boots); the pool has been green and unbalanced a surprising number of times; and there's a lack of parking.

We are actually completing a number of interior renovations as people move out, so I would like to discuss a possible on-site transfer with you. With the renovations, we are switching to espresso cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and updated fixtures and hardware. Is that something that would potentially interest you? Parking is very limited for guests and for residents that do not have garages. Appliances and cabinets need to be updated in all units.

At this price we pay along with the basic amenities and customer service that is not always good I am not sure I would recommend this place.
I just moved in, the staff is great. Beautiful unit, safe and yes a little expensive but you are paying to live out here.

I just wanted to thank you for your feedback on your survey. I would like to put in a work request to have your outlets looked at. What day would you like for us to head out and look at them? I certainly understand you concern regarding the parking. I would suggest if you have trouble finding a space that you park up here by the office, since it is still pretty close to building five and there are always spaces available. I know that is not ideal, but should be a decent plan B if the parking is really full down there. Please let me know how everything else is in the apartment and when would be a good time for us to head out there!

The positives outweigh the negatives. There is a big parking problem because residents do not use their garages nor their space outside of their garages. They take the parking available from others.

I am pleased to let you know that the landscapers will be performing some tree trimming maintenance all over property in the next couple of weeks to address some of those issues. I realize that there has been a demand of rental property due to the influx of people moving to this area. There is relief as so many new complexes have been built to meet the demand. Will there ever be financial relief at this complex? The yearly rent increases in this complex are out of control.

My perception of this property is that the upgrades need to be completed on the apartments and the pool bathroom tiles since they have owned the property since 2010. It was a little disappointing that this luxury property with awesome views did not have apartments that were complete in their remodeling.
