I would warn people about 'the hill' and the difficulty of making a left hand turn onto Spicewood Springs during heavy traffic. It would be great if we had a stoplight.
Thank you so much for your feed back. We would love it if the City of Austin would add a traffic signal there. In the mean time you can take a left at our exit gate and come up to the traffic signal on South bound 360 with out difficulty.

The feeling of driving through the gates and up the sweeping driveway felt as though you are in a sanctuary and leaving the hustle and bustle behind. It was very private looking, great that there were a number of buildings and not high so you would not see many of your neighbors. There was also mature landscaping and clever construction gave a sense of privacy, seclusion and safety and views were amazing. The amenities were mature but there was exciting plans to renovate and modernize which was great. Apartment floor plan options were extensive and could really be tailored to suit any family configuration. I loved it and would live there as it was a great value for money.

Some of our apartment homes come with attached garages or carports and some do not. We understand that some of our residents who do not have a carport space with their apartment home would like the opportunity to reserve one. We are reviewing this option.

The community was breathtaking The apartment was updated and modern, tucked into a country setting. The proximity to trails, shopping and downtown Austin was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely refer this community to others based on the presentation of the leasing professional.

This was the most gorgeous and unusual community. The area it was located in was very hilly, green and rocky. The road to the community was a long, climbing trail with tons of trees and limestone lining the road. It was very picturesque. The community itself was gorgeous, with breathtaking views, lovely landscaping and gorgeous apartment homes. The leasing professional who assisted me was professional and knowledgeable, yet warm and friendly. Without a doubt, I would refer this community to others.

All of the above. When I signed my lease I was told the gym would be re-done completely and one year later it is still not upgraded. Multiple requests for gym/laundry room to be cleaned for months. Only recently a bit better. filters in vents are so dirty long strands of dirt hang from them and dust on machines is thick and ugly.
