Apartment Review from a Current Renter
We love this apartment complex - in fact, we've put off buying a house because we're so happy here. We have nothing but good things to say about the maintenance and office staff. They've always been responsive, friendly, and in many cases have gone the extra mile to ensure our happiness. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and I can't get enough of my view from my back deck. The facilities are nice and kept up, and though the pool gets a bit small during the hot summer months, it still feels comfortable.

I WOULD recommend the property for the location, attached garages & potential views. However, I would make sure that any recommendation comes with a caveate that the apartments are not well insulated/noisy and that I have had a terrible scorpion issue.

Desirable location, not-so-desirable cost or management
My apartment is beautiful and the views are stunning. However, the prices have gotten out of control and do not match the value received. Appliances are old and outdated (for the cost we should have stainless steel). Carpet is old, paint job moving in was sloppy and the air/heating systems are inefficient- I could pay less for utilities living in a house.
Also, the biggest reason I am moving out of here is the management. They send spam e-mails constantly and their front office staff is rather rude.
Again, a nice property in a nice area with some nice amenities (pool is gorgeous), but not worth the current rent rates or dealing with the staff/management.

I'm very sorry to hear that you have disappointment with the apartment and front office staff. I would love the opportunity to discuss some of your negative encounters with any particular employee or apartment issues. I am the property manager, so feel free to contact me by phone at our office or drop by anytime to discuss. At renewal time, there could be opportunities to make updates to your apartment, especially for our loyal Treetops residents. It's true that we do have some automated emails that send out for holidays, maintenance updates, birthdays, ect. We also prefer to contact our residents by email for newsletters or any important notices regarding the property. If you contact us, we can ask to request your email be removed from "automatic" emails. Again, we appreciate your honest feedback. Thank you.

This community deserved a five star rating. From the time I drove through the secure gate, I was impressed. The community was well designed and thought out and the leasing staff was excellent.

Beautiful place! Great scenery and precessional staff. Just a little high on the rent but that almost everywhere. I wish I could afford it!

Community Cares is the bright spot in the office.
Additionally, the trash around the dumpster over the weekends is embarrassing and ugly. Not exactly a pleasant first impression coming up the hill.

We are thrilled to hear that you have been happy with the Cares Program. We feel they have done a fine job with the events and helping us build community for our Treetops residents. Regretfully, we had some compactor issues as of recent which could be attributing to the some of the trash around that area, however repairs have been made last week so this should change. I will also suggest that we run our compactor at the end of the day of workdays on Saturdays to deter residents from leaving trashbags oustide the containment. We appreciate your feedback!

I would recommend these apartments because there are more adults here and it is quite.

High/ costly rent would be something I would warn the person about.
High/costly rent can be common for this area of town, as it's extremely desirable. It's hill country, so the views are perfect. It's exremely easy access to major highways, and we are located in a blue ribbon school district! We hope that you are finding value in your home and the service you recieve!
