I had a really great experience at the community. The community and the apartment were wonderful. The location was impossibly beautiful and the apartments lived up to that same standard. The amenities as well as the apartments were top notch and the staff was very friendly. I did not feel under pressure to commit to anything and that really made experience great. I was really impressed, overall, with the entire presentation and the community, including the apartment I was shown.

The complex can be difficult to get in and out of in the mornings with non-stop flowing traffic on both sides of Spicewood Springs Road. It would be really awesome if they opened the back gates every now and then. The new parking rules are also interesting. 10 guests spots for a complex of our size is a little unreasonable. The walls are also quite thin, so you really can hear everything. My neighbor has complained about hearing me drop things late at night. Overall though I have been pleased with living here. Beyond the quirky rules of this place, I would recommend.

The Marquis at Tree Tops had the most amazing view! I was blown away while looking through the huge window of the leasing office. The community was very well maintained. I would be very happy living there.

I would never recommend anyone I know to ever live in this community. I have been working in the leasing industry for almost two years now and this is the worst customer service I have ever received.

The community had some very awesome views and would love to live there. The outside area where the pool was needed some attention. I would love to see the place after it had been completed with the updates, because I thought the home and office space was great already. The staff really got to know me and all my needs. He was very informative about everything you would think of but forget to ask.

I have lived here since 2009 and I love it! It's a great location, you're up on a hillside surrounded by a nature preserve. The office and maintenance staff are friendly.
